His Excellency Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Chairman of ICA’s Board of Directors, extended his gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, for His precious confidence and keenness on following up with the quality of the services provided to the public. This in turn had a great impact on raising awareness and mobilizing energies, with a view to providing quality services to customers, similar to those provided in the developed countries worldwide. Thus, the UAE would be always at the first rank.
That was a part of Al Shamsi’s meeting held yesterday morning with ICA’s first line leaders at ICA’s Headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
At the beginning of the meeting, Al Shamsi praised the well-deserved winning of ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah, which was achieved through the wise leadership’s guidance, the employees’ efforts and perseverance, and the excellent management, which implements plans and strategies consistent with the concepts of leadership and development, which were highlighted by the government. The meeting focused on the key challenges hindering the work progress, and particularly the service development.
H.E. stressed that the development and upgrade process is an ongoing activity related to the entity’s capacity to fulfill its commitments towards those who benefit from its services. He further emphasized that using technology and transforming towards smart services are the gateway towards service quality.
Al Shamsi also reviewed some projects for developing the service centers, noting the importance of speeding up work to achieve the level of quality that meets the Federal Government’s requirements.
