In coordination with printing offices unit, Al Barsha Customer Service Center held an awareness workshop for the staff members of printing offices in the Emirate of Dubai. This workshop reflects the Authority’s keenness to enhance performance of the offices and enable them to offer quality and excellent services to customers.
The workshop focused on educating the employees of printing offices approved by the Emirates ID Authority to provide services such as printing the e-form about the need to provide best customer services and employ accuracy in data entry to avoid errors and save time and efforts.
The workshop was attended by Mr. Abdelnaser Al Ali, Acting Director of Al Barsha Center and Director of Al Quz Center at the PMC, and Ahmed Al Janahi, supervisor of Al Barsha Center, and Ali Murad from the printing offices unit.
