FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Ain organized a medical lecture for its employees in cooperation with “Newlook” Medical Center, in order to raise their awareness about the infectious skin diseases and prevention methods.
The organization of this lecture comes within the framework of the FAIC’s keenness to raise awareness of its employees about the importance of health and the methods of preventing diseases.
The lecture, which was presented by Dr. Mohamed Amin, a dermatologist, explained the types of skin diseases, their causes, symptoms and complications, methods of prevention, and the proper ways to direct deal with customers, especially in the process of fingerprinting, to avoid transmission of infection.
