Al Ain Center Organizes an Exercise on Evacuation – test

In cooperation with the Civil Defense Department in Al Ain City, ICA’s Al Ain Customer Happiness Center organized an imaginary evacuation exercise as a part of ICA’s keenness to apply the best safety and security standards for employees and customers, in addition to enhancing and raising awareness about the occupational health and safety standards.

This exercise included a training for staff on evacuation plans and types, how to act properly in the event of disasters or fires, their identification of priority groups during the evacuation, in addition to explaining the mechanisms of access to the assembly points in the event of fire incidents and the preventive measures to be taken and followed.
