ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Ain organized a health lecture for its female employees titled “Obesity and Contemporary Diseases”, which aimed to learn them about the importance of following a healthy lifestyle and avoiding practices that harm the health especially overweight.
The lecture, which organized by the Center in cooperation with “Dr. Nutrition” medical center includes explanation of the healthy diet and how to lose or fix your weight, and the diet for children with obesity and how to calculate the body’s calories and the healthy diet.
After the lecture, “Dr. Nutrition’s team” conducted tests for the participating female employees, including weight and body mass measurements and gave them advice on how to maintain a healthy body.
