ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Ain honored the female students participating in the summer programs organized by Emirates Identity and Citizenship Academy for university female students who completed the training period at the Center.
During the ten-day training period, the Center’s management organized a wide-ranging training, during which they learned about the various sections of the center, the nature of each section’s work, registration procedures, and the mechanism of ID card issuance. They learned about the services provided by ICA to the customers, which considers the provision of the highest standards and specifications, ensuring the provision of fast, smooth, and comfortable services, which meets their aspirations and satisfaction.
The trainees expressed their appreciation to ICA for its interest in the university students and the organization of excellent training programs that contribute to honing their skills and gaining unique and distinguished experiences. They expressed their thanks to the Center’s management and its employees who did not hesitate to transfer to them the knowledge and experience during the training period.
