Al Ain Customer Service Center held an evacuation drill in cooperation with the civil defense department at Al Ain. The drill was designed to educate the Center’s staff members on how to deal with fire emergency and apply the best safety and security standards.
The drill involved training for staff members on evacuation plans, explaining how to reach the meeting points in case of fire in a record time before the arrival of the civil defense forces. It also explained the preventive measures to reduce casualties and damage that may arise from the fire incident.
