The female employees of ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Ain celebrated the World Heritage Day in the framework of ICA’s keenness to contribute to activities that consolidate heritage culture and promote awareness of genuine Emirati values.
The ceremony included an Arabian Majlis at one of the corners of the customers waiting room, which included a mini-exhibition of handicrafts, and figures representing the most prominent handicrafts, traditional household items, and some traditional pottery products used by Emiratis, which was made by female employee Mona Al Blooshi from the Customer Happiness Center of Al Yahar.
During the event, some of the UAE most famous food and sweets were presented to allow the Center’s customers and the public to learn about the heritage of the UAE and its historical and humanitarian heritage.
