A delegation from the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development Center in Fujairah visited ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah. The Center’s Director, Ahmed Al Abdouli, received and welcomed the visiting delegation and accompanied them in an inspection visit to all the Center’s departments. He explained the Global Star Rating System for Services “7 Stars” and the mechanism of dealing with customers in accordance with the approved standards in this field.
