A delegation from Empost reviewed the Emirates ID Authority’s experience of participation in the UAE Government Program for Service Excellence and the global star rating system for services adopted by the government (7 stars).
This came during a visit of a delegation from Empost to Fujairah customer service center affiliated to the Emirates ID Authority, where a briefing was presented by Ahmed Al Abdouly, Director of the center, on the importance of implementing the program standards in promoting and improving the performance of government entities and developing the services offered to its customers.
Al Abdouly presented the best practices applied by Authority in the customer service centers at the state level and the ways adopted to develop the level of its services in line with the (7 stars) program standards to the delegation headed by Mohamed Abed Al Kendi, Director of the sixth postal region.
The employee, Amna Al Matrooshi, also presented an explanation about the nature of the work of the center and the procedures for the provision of services to customers in accordance with the charter adopted by the Authority in this area, which focuses on the commitment to offer services that meet the aspirations of the customers and exceed their expectations.
