A delegation from Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC) visited ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah. The delegation reviewed the experience of the Center with the Global Stars System of Service “7-Star”, and the services it provides to its customers and the approaches adopted to perform its functions, which in turn contributed to be ranked first among the best centers in UAE.
