Ammar Al Nuaimi praises the Dep. interaction with the Gov. Excellence Program

H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Crown Prince, Chairman of the Executive Council, Chaired the Executive Council session held yesterday at the Emiri Court in Ajman during which number of issues and memoranda presented by the members have been discussed and reviewed.

At the beginning of the chairman and members of the Executive Council have expressed greetings to H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan – U.A.E. President on the occasion of his re-election as a U.A.E. President for a further term of five years.

The Chairman and members have wished His highness good health and long life, praising his continuous efforts in the progress and service of the country and praying to Allah to save the U.A.E. and all the achievements and move forward for a further development in all fields.

H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid, Ajman Crown Prince, Chairman of the Executive Council applauded all the local departments in the Emirate for their fruitful cooperation with Ajman Government Excellence Program.

He also commended the positive role of the departments in interacting with the program and their relentless efforts to develop their services and human resources, confirming that the Excellence process is heading towards the achievement of the goals.

On their turn the members of the Council appreciated His Highness speech and care for the local departments and his patronage of Ajman Government Excellence Program, which gave a significant moral impetus to the program.

H.H. Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuiami, Chairman of the Municipality & Planning Department suggested to create a neutral umbrella reporting to the Executive Council to consider the complaints of the clients dealing with the Government departments in the Emirate and try to solve them as soon as practically possible and in an ideal manner. Eng. Saeed Saif Al Matrouchi, Secretary General of the Council stated that the field visits to ensure the employees and customers satisfaction in the Emirate were arranged and the results are now under study and shall be presented to the Council at the next session.

The Council, after the approval the minutes of the last meeting reviewed the report submitted by the Municipality & Planning Dept. through H.H. Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department. In that report he demonstrated the projects achieved by the Department or those were in process as well as the future ones. Those included the road and infrastructure projects, Public Works Buildings Projects Dept. – Public Projects Section, Planning & Survey Dept. Projects, Planning Studies Section, Hemaidia Municipality Services Section near Ajman Slaughterhouse Project expected to be completed by mid of the current month.

The Council also reviewed the memo submitted by Brig. Ali Omar Ali – Director of Resident & Foreigners Affairs Dept. in Ajman, regarding the Population Register and the ID card. The Council directed the Human Resources Committee to inform all the employees that the ID is mandatory for the finalization of the transactions related to Naturalization & Residence for both locals and expatriates as of Nov. 18, based on a Cabinet resolution and by valued directions from the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior.

The session was attended by Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Culture & Information Dept. in Ajman, Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Municipality and Planning Dept., Sheikh Dr. Majed Bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Amiri Court in Ajman and the Council members.
