A service through which a request is submitted to re‑subscribe to digital authentication services in cases where the subscription was previously cancelled.

  • Availability of the required documents for submitting the application

Service fees

  • AED 5 per transaction for the first 500,000 transactions - 5 AED
  • AED 4 per transaction for the second 500,000 transactions - 4 AED
  • AED 3 per transaction for the third 500,000 transactions - 3 AED
  • AED 2 per transaction for transactions exceeding 1,500,000 - 2 AED

  • Technical integration document (if modified by the entity)
  • Infrastructure readiness of the entity and its alignment with the Authority’s system in the event of any change in the entity’s status.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Authority to Obtain a Service Line from the Operator “Etisalat” for Service Connection
