The Sharjah Innovation Team at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security organized a brainstorming session at Al Suhub Rest Area in the city of Khorfakkan in the Emirate of Sharjah, with the participation of its employees and a number of partners and stakeholders, as part of Emirates Innovates 2022 activities.
The session was held under the title “Quality of Innovative Ideas”, and on the sidelines there was a workshop entitled “Innovation is the Solution” with the aim of consolidating a culture of innovation among various individuals and coming up with creative ideas that contribute to the improvement of the work environment. Innovation concepts, tools, and motivating themes were discussed to encourage employees to come up with developmental ideas that support the process of institutional work.
On the other hand, the innovation team paid a visit to the “Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Complex” with the aim of exploring the best practices, innovative projects and various innovative achievements, in addition to identifying the components of the complex and its role in supporting innovative activities and strengthening the assets of scientific research.
