The General Department of Nationality at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced the introduction of a monitor and follow up room at the Department to follow up the organizational work in all of its sections, and make sure of the compliance with providing the customers with the best services.
The room is concerned with following up on the KPIs of each regional department and the service requests submitted via e-channels and ICA’s smart application in addition to the requests and indicators of “Mabrouk Ma Yak” service and receiving calls transferred by ICA’s main Call Center.
