GDRFA-RAK celebrates the World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought

In cooperation with the Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah (GDRFA-RAK) celebrated the World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought, which is celebrated in the world on 17 June each year, with the logo “Let’s develop together with the future”

H.E Major General Sultan Yousuf Al Nuaimi, the Executive Director of GDRFA-RAK, participated with the employees of the Customer Happiness Center in RAK, in planting various shrubs in the outer square of the Center, to raise awareness about the importance of afforestation and spreading greenery, and their role in combating desertification and protecting the environment.
