“GDRFA” organizes a workshop for its employees on “Problem Solving Approaches”

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al held a workshop for its employees titled “Problem Solving Approaches”.

The workshop, delivered by Widad Saeed al-Taniji, Director of the Organizational Excellence branch at GDRFA, highlighted the challenges faced by GDRFA and how to address them. It also reflected on the problem analysis method “Fishbone”, which helps in facilitating the detection of the complicated problems and converting them into smaller problems that can be solved, with the aim of emphasizing on maximizing the positive impact.
