Fujairah Residency organizes a “brainstorming” session on the sidelines of the Authority’s activities for the month of innovation

The General Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Fujairah organized a brainstorming session under the title “Innovative Ideas Factory”, on the development of the services provided by the Authority to customers as part of the Emirates Innovate 2022 activities with the aim of coming up with creative ideas and proposals in this field.

The session included introducing innovative solutions to support the happiness of customers about the services provided, and identifying the tool used and the optimal channels able to enhance the work system and achieve optimal development.
