Asserting its keenness on providing a motivating work environment, and continuing its previous efforts in improving the services provided for the employees the Emirates Identity Authority High Management has upgraded health insurance level for all its employees.
Mrs. Khawlah Mohammad Al Tayer, Director of Human Resources at Emirates Identity Authority stated that this procedure comes in line with the Authority’s endeavors to provide the best benefits for Emirates ID staff, raise the level of job satisfaction as well as reinforce their job loyalty and motivate them to exert more efforts.
Mrs Al Tayer has also revealed that the High Management decision regarding raising health insurance level of the employees would help in lifting financial burdens that would have been paid by employee when visiting doctors.
Al Tayer pointed out that, as a result of this step, all employees have been enrolled under new Insurance category (SHIFA golden program), increasing the annual total coverage of staff and opening wide categories in using Health Insurance card.
