H.E. Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, conducted a field visit on Wednesday, 14 January 2026, to the Al Barsha Customer Happiness Center in the Emirate of Dubai. The visit reflects the Authority’s commitment to on-site engagement and to enhancing the quality of services provided to customers.
During the visit, accompanied by a number of officers and officials, H.E. reviewed operational workflows and performance indicators at the center. He also held a meeting with the center’s officials and supervisors, during which opportunities to further develop services and improve efficiency were discussed. H.E. also listened to customers’ feedback and suggestions, commending the efforts of employees and their high level of professionalism in serving customers.
H.E. emphasized that enhancing the customer experience and developing the service ecosystem are central pillars of the Authority’s strategy, underscoring the importance of continuing institutional innovation and adopting best government practices in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership and to strengthen institutional excellence.
