HE Brigadier General Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Acting Director General of General Directorate of Nationality at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, emphasized that the electronic and smart channels provided by ICA to the citizens have become the main window, upon which ICA depends to provide its services relating to family books and passports, the matter which was positively and steadily reflected in the rates of satisfaction and happiness of citizens.
Brigadier General Al Khaili urged, during his inspection visit to the Nationality Department in Fujairah today, to develop more services that make it easy to citizens and contribute to facilitating the procedures and shortening the journey of transactions completed to the least possible number of steps by completing them all at the shortest time to keep up with the government orientation toward the provision of services any time, anywhere.
Brigadier General Al Khaili checked out the work in the Department and the provided services to the public and called for paying the utmost attention to customer happiness. In addition, he asserted that each employee at ICA, especially those in the frontline who provide customers with services, are considered ambassadors who are responsibe for reflecting the honorable image of ICA, the level of excellence and progress achieved by ICA in the area of developing its services.
Brigadier General Saeed Al Yamahi, Director of Nationality Department in Fujairah, and heads of sections at the Department welcomed Brigadier General Al Khaili, who was accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel Sultan Al Marri, Director of Strategy and Future Department at the General Directorate of Nationality.
