A delegation from Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme visited ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Barsha to review ICA’s experience in participating in the UAE Government Excellence Program and the Global Star classification system adopted by the Government (7-Star).
The Director of the Center, Jassim Al-Rashed briefed the delegation on the approaches and initiatives adopted by ICA to provide the best services to its customers and the practices it applies, the standards it adopts, and the most important means of training its employees in this field.
The delegation of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme included Nawaf Al Fadhli, Director of Dubai Customer Happiness Center, Mohammed Al Zarouni, Director of the Northern Region Center, and Thoraya Al Darmaki, Head of Performance Section.
Amira Al Khoury, head of the Department of Services in the General Directorate of Identity at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, explained to the delegation about ICA’s journey with excellence in general, and with the UAE Government Excellence Program in particular, which reviewed the various aspects of the experience, the phases passed and the results achieved by ICA during such journey.
The director of the center, Abdullah Balchalat, accompanied the delegation in a tour in its various sections and informed them about the services it provides to the customers.
