His Highness Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Interior and Deputy Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority, issued a decision appointing Mr. Yusuf Ahmed Abdullah Al Baloushi as Emirates ID’s Executive Director for Registration Centers as of today, Tuesday, 8 September 2009 A.D.
It’s worth mentioning that his Excellency Yusuf Ahmed Al Baloushi is a holder of the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and chaired a number of positions in Dubai Police G.H.Q during the period form 1992 to 2007.
He has served in a number of positions in Dubai Police G.H.Q like; Director of Administrative Affairs, Director of Police Vehicles Deptartment and Director of Training Programmes Department in the General Department of Authorities and Installations Security and Emergency.
He has also participated in a number of specialized courses in excellent management, effective leadership, principals of applying total quality in management, determining the excellent governmental performance, creative thinking, job pressures management as well as leadership skills and internal scrutiny.
