The General Directorate of Nationality in ICA emphasized its keenness on making nationals happy and upgrading its services to reach the highest global levels. This can be achieved by keeping on the excellence approach and achieving creativity and innovation, which ensures providing services to customers in a way that satisfies their aspirations and exceeds their expectations.
This was announced during the sixth meeting of the Executive Affairs Board of the General Directorate of Nationality in 2019, which was held in ICA’s Headquarters. This meeting was chaired by Brigadier General Sohail Gomaa Al Khaili, ICA’s Acting Director-General, and attended by Brigadier Khalifa Mattar Balgobaa, Executive Director of the Personal Status and Passports, and the Directors of the Nationality Directorates at the federal level.
The Board directed giving more attention to developing the electronic and smart services, by making them accessible at all times and from anywhere.
During the meeting, the performance indicators which measure the rates for completing operations, services, and projects, were tackled, monitored, and periodically reviewed, to make sure they are performed as planned and are expected to achieve the required outcomes.
Brigadier General Al Khaili, stressed that all directorates should effectively contribute to educating customers about the smart services provided by ICA, especially in the Nationality area. These services are positively reflected in the levels of customers’ happiness and satisfaction with ICA’s services.
