Sharjah Police honors Emirates ID as strategic partner in enhancing security

H.E. Major General Humaid Mohammed Al Hudaidi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, has honored the Emirates Identity Authority in appreciation of its role as a strategic partner of Sharjah Police General Headquarters in supporting and enhancing security and stability in the UAE and the emirate.

This was announced during a ceremony organized by the Sharjah Police General Headquarters to honor its strategic partners including leaderships, social organizations and individuals at the Culture Palace Theatre in Sharjah yesterday.

Al Hudaidi handed a certificate of appreciation and a commemorative shield over to the Emirates Identity Authority’s representative Mr. Ismael Fadlallah, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates.

Al Hudaidi pointed out that the ceremony was based on the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, as well as on the concepts and pillars of the Ministry of Interior’s strategy and vision of the effective role played by the society in all its individuals, segments and public and private organizations in supporting security and stability, these being the cornerstone of progress in all the economic, social cultural and growth-related fields.

Al Hudaidi expressed his appreciation of the entities co-operating with Sharjah Police, which were credited for pushing police work forward and contributing to enhancing security and stability through their ongoing support for the efforts exerted by Sharjah Police for maintaining security, protecting the country’s resources and gains as well as the rights, souls and property of the individuals of the society, and taking part in enhancing development and socialization efforts.

The ceremony was attended from the Emirates Identity Authority by Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Maamari, Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Mr. Abdul Razzaq Rasheed, Acting Director of Sharjah Registration Center, and Mr. Omer Al Maamari, Supervisor of Dubai and Northern Emirates Centers.
