His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, issued the Federal Decree No. 117 of 2017 establishing the Board of Directors of Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
The Decree stipulates the formation of Board of Directors of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, under chairmanship of His Excellency Ali Mohammed bin Hammad Al Shamsi and membership of His Excellency Talal Hamid Bahoul as Vice President and a representative of the Ministries of Presidential Affairs, Interior, Cabinet Affairs and the Future, the Supreme Council for National Security and the General Authority of Ports, Border and Free Zones Security.
The Decree sets the membership of the Board to be three renewal years, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
