The General Directorate of Identity and Passports held its periodic meeting via visual communication technology, headed by Brigadier General Suhail bin Kaltham Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Department, and in the presence of executive directors and directors of departments and centers, in order to follow up the progress of work, develop services, and discuss improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and raise the level of services provided.
At the end of the periodic meeting, His Excellency Brigadier General Al Khaili visited the ID Card Issuance Department, Electronic Passport Department, Citizenship Records Department, and Cases Affairs Department in order to review the work progress as part of the Authority’s keenness to ensure that all services are provided in accordance with standards of quality, efficiency and transparency, and to motivate employees to carry on improving the work environment and services to achieve the desired goals.
