The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security held a meeting with the Family Care Authority in Abu Dhabi, and the two parties discussed ways to enhance cooperation, develop work relationships and initiatives, formulate plans and paths of cooperation in common areas of interest in order to contribute towards achieving the common goals, and shed light on the latest developments and relevant issues, in addition to ways for providing outstanding services and facilities to customers. This took place during a visit by a delegation from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship to the Family Care Authority in its office in Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi.
The delegation of the Federal Authority was headed by Brigadier General Suhail bin Kaltham Al Khaili, Acting Director General of Identity and Passports, and included Major Khalifa Al Darmaki, Head of Government Communications Section, Captain Omar Al Dhahouri, Director of the Customers Affairs Branch, and First Lieutenant Muhammad Al Junaibi. They were received by Dr. Bushra Abdullah Al Mulla, Director General of the Family Care Authority, Saeed Al Kaabi, Director of the Family Care Department, Lt. Colonel Dr. Sultan Al Yahyai, Director of Social Support – Abu Dhabi, and Khawla Hamad Ali Al Badi, Head of the Children’s Affairs Section.
The visit took place within the framework of the two sides’ keenness to enhance partnership and integration with various partners from government agencies, exchange experiences, information, ideas and best practices, and open future horizons that support mutual cooperation and advance the strategic partnership of the two sides.
His Excellency Brigadier General Suhail bin Kaltham Al Khaili said: “Our communication with institutions and bodies working in common areas reflects the Authority’s keenness to consolidate the culture of partnership, enhance cooperation between various government agencies and exchange experiences by unifying and integrating efforts in order to achieve the visionary leadership’s strategy in translating happiness and achieving well-being and quality of life in society.
Al Khaili added that this visit is an opportunity to learn about the pioneering community practices of the Family Care Authority in Abu Dhabi, and which contributes to developing new paths of cooperation with the Authority and its programs in a way that supports what we seek to achieve in terms of a positive and sustainable social impact that is reflected on all segments of society in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in particular and the UAE in general.
For his part, Dr. Bushra Abdullah Al Mulla, Director General of the Family Care Authority, explained that the new Authority seeks to advance the needs of the family in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in line with the directives of the visionary leadership, and in line with the aspirations for the next 50 years. The Authority will contribute to providing the necessary tools to raise and improve the quality of life of families in cooperation with partners in the social sector in a way that enhances the standard of living for all segments of society in the emirate.
