Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security organize the “Partners, Customers and Employees” forum as part of the Innovation Month activities

The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security in Fujairah organized a “Partners, Customers and Employees” forum on the development of the services provided by the Authority to customers, as part of Emirates Innovates 2022 activities with the aim of coming up with creative ideas and proposals in this field.

The forum consisted in the introduction of innovative solutions about the services provided to customers, as well as discussing how the partner and the customer can contribute to providing the service at a pioneering level to support the happiness of customers, and to enhance the work system in providing outstanding government services.
