Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security honors its employees in recognition of their excellent performance

The Department of Identity and Citizenship in Ras Al Khaimah honored several employees of the Customer Happiness Center in the emirate, under the slogan “Your happiness is our priority” in appreciation of their efforts and their effective role in achieving the Authority’s vision, mission and desired goals.
Lt. Colonel Rashid Saeed Al Dhahouri, Director of Identity and Citizenship Department in Ras Al Khaimah, said that the honoring concerned the distinguished category of Knights of Excellence, the category of Best Guide for the month of March, and the category of Heroes of Happiness and Positivity and Sport Activities Participation Category. He praised the performance of the honored employees in the field of customer service and happiness, stressing the importance of continuing their path of career excellence, appreciating their professional achievements as role models in the process of development and improvement at work.
