Emirates Heritage Club requires ID Cards to compete in Abu Al Abyad Dhow Sailing Race 43FT which kicks off this Saturday in Abu Dhabi under the patronage of HH Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, representative of HH the UAE President and President of Emirates Heritage Club.
In news published by Al Ittihad newspaper, the club management indicated that the dhow sailors are required to fill out and sign a registration form in the club’s sailing races department. Team members aboard the dhows must also be nationals and have the marine card issued by the club or the ID card. There should be 8 to 14 team members on each dhow.
