Celebrating the symbol of nation’s pride and honor
Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship participated in the State Celebrations of Flag Day, which coincides with the anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s taking the rein of power. ICA organized in its headquarters and all departments and centers all over the state activities to raise and greet the flag and confirm rallying around it and renewing loyalty to the wise leadership.
HE Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Chairman of ICA, raised the flag of the state on the main pole in the presence of the directors of the departments and executive directors in ICA, while the music played the national anthem.
Al Shamsi confirmed in this event that the Flag Day is a station of celebrations of the nation’s flag. It is an event to confirm the rallying around it and to sacrifice the precious and noble to defend it, and to affirm and renew the loyalty to the wise leadership that carries the responsibility of preservation and keeping it unified and dignified nation.
And said: “Our flag is the symbol of our pride and honor, and we raise it to remains an expression of loyalty to leadership and belonging to the nation”.
Student delegations from several schools in the state participated in the celebrations of ICA on this occasion, who presented traditional performances and national songs chanting the flag and the values that it symbolizes especially sovereignty, dignity, unity and pride.
ICA’s departments and centers all over the state organized celebrations on this national occasion, during which they celebrated the raising of the flag in its yards and the facades of its buildings, with the participation of its employees and customers who carried the flags and expressed their pride and honor in participating in this event that is beloved to all those who live in UAE, which embodies the truest sense of unity, loyalty and true solidarity among the nation’s sons.
