ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah briefed a delegation from RAK Educational Zone on its experience in participating in Emirates Government Excellence Program and the World Star Rating System (7 stars) adopted by the government.
This came during the delegation’s visit to the Ras Al Khaimah Center, which received a 5-star rating at the third cycle of the World Stars System Classification Services 2018.
Ismail Al Blooshi, Director of the Center, briefed the delegation about ICA’s participation in the world stars system to rate the services and standards adopted by ICA and the practices it applies to provide the best services to its customers.
The Happiness Team illustrated to the delegation the most important initiatives implemented by the Center to encourage its customers, such as “Your Identity Our Trust”, “Partners to a Happy Customers”, and the Team provided a detailed explanation of the customer relationship management system and the automated queue system.
At the end of the visit, the center’s supervisors accompanied the delegation in a tour in its various sections. The members listened to an explanation by supervisor Khadija Al Taniji and Amal Kassem, Senior Organizational Excellence Specialist, about the services provided to the customers according to the code adopted by ICA in this field, which focuses on the commitment to provide a service that meets the aspirations of the customer and exceed his expectations.
