ICA announces the hours for providing services at its Centers during Ramadan

ICA congratulates the leadership and the people of UAE for the Holy Month

Al Shamsi urges ICA’s employees to make things easier for its customers during the month of fasting

H.E. Ali Mohammed bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Chairman of ICA’s Board of Directors, congratulates H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of UAE (may God bless him) and H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai (may God protect him. He also congratulates H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and the members of the Supreme Council, Rulers of the Emirates. He prays God to bless UAE leaders and peoples during Ramadan and to help UAE to achieve more progress, prosperity and resilience.

For this occasion, Al Shamsi congratulated all UAE citizens and residents, wishing them more happiness under the wise leadership of the

State. He also invited ICA’s employees to be inspired by the lofty meanings and morals of this holy month, particularly in terms of giving and diligence in providing the best services to customers. He also urged them to be keen on making things easier for customers, satisfying them and to providing their best. This will positively reflect ICA’s reputation and the level of excellence it has reached.

Today, ICA has announced its official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan in its three headquarters and the Customers Happiness Centers annexed to it across the State. In the Customers Happiness Centers, which provide the services of citizenship and passports, work will start at 9 am to 6 pm, and the same working hours are applicable in the Centers of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs.

As per the Customers Happiness Centers, which provide the services of identity, work will start at 9 am to 2 pm at the one-shift centers and offices. These namely include: (1) Abu Dhabi, the identity office at the citizenship and residency, the centers of Al Shahama and Etihad Airways; (2) Citizenship & Residency, Al Hayer, Al Quo’a, Al Jahar and Mazyad in Al Ain; (3) Sila, Al Mirfa, Ghayathi, Liwa and Zayed City in the

western region; (4) Citizenship & Residency, Al Quoz, JAFZA, Hatta and Lyceli in Dubai; (5) Citizenship & Residency, Al Dhaid and Al Madam in Sharjah; (6) Ar-Rams and Passports in Ras Al Khaimah; (7) Dibba Passports in Fujairah; and (8) Umm Al Quwain headquarter.

ICA announces that work at the Customers Happiness Centers, which provide the services of identity on a two shifts basis, will start during Ramadan at 8 am to 5 pm. These namely include Al Jazeera Club and Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi; centers of Al Ain, Al Barsha, Al Rashidiya and Al Karama in Dubai; as well as the main centers in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Ajman.

As per the Customers Happiness Centers annexed to the Preventive Medical Center, work will start at 9 am to 2 pm, in the capital centers of Mussafah and Al Jazzera club in Abu Dhabi, Zayed city 2 in the western region, Al Quoz, JAFZA, Knowledge Village, the Academic City, and the Medical City in Dubai; Al Hamriyah, Khor Fakkan, Kalba, Dibba Al-Hisn and Al Dhaid 2 in Sharjah; Al Hamidiyah and Al Qusaidat in Ajman and Al Fasiel in Fujairah. Mussafah center provides its services to the customers from 9 am to 1 pm.

As per the Customers Happiness Centers annexed to the Preventive Medical Center in Khalifa Medical city in Abu Dhabi, Al Gubaiba and Al Nasiriyah in Sharjah and Umm Hurair in Dubai duing the holy month will start at 8 am to 5 pm. However, Al Muhaisnah center in Dubai will work on two shifts basis. The first shift on Sunday to Wednesday starts from 7 am to 5 pm, and the second shift from 9 pm to 2 am. On Thursday, the center opens from 7 am to 5 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.

ICA provides the details of its working hours during Ramadan at all its centers and offices on its website (https://www.icp.gov.ae/ar/emirates-id-centers/registration-centers.aspx). It also invites its customers to communicate with it through the 15 communication channels for any comments of inquiries about its services.
