General Directorate of Nationality Discusses Work System and Staff Forum

The General Directorate of Nationality at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security held a brainstorming session on Wednesday, 28 January 2026, at the Authority’s headquarters in Khalifa City, to discuss the development of the work system and to support the implementation of the operational plan activities, as well as the annual staff forum of the Directorate.
The session was chaired by H.E. Brigadier General Sulaiman Aldheri, Director of Support Services, and the session saw the active participation of the Department staff, where participants were divided into four working groups, each of which presented ideas and discussed proposals, in order to create innovative axes that contribute to enriching the work, the forum program, and achieving its objectives.
This session forms part of the participatory approach adopted by the General Directorate of Nationality to enhance employee involvement in generating ideas and initiatives, contributing to the organization of a high-quality forum that aligns with future directions, is consistent with the initiatives of the “Year of the Family,” and strengthens the institutional work environment.
