The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship briefed the delegation of the Federal Electricity and Water Authority (“FEWA”) about the best practices adopted in innovation during the visit of the delegation to the ICA headquarters in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed the most important initiatives, programs, and work systems adopted by ICA in the innovation field, and the most important means adopted in strengthening the culture of creativity and innovation among its employees.
Major Youssef Al Hamadi, Acting Director of the Strategy and Future Department at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, delivered a presentation to the visiting delegation on the strategic plan and the approaches and initiatives conducted by ICA to provide its customers with the best services, in addition to the practices applied in such field. He highlighted the importance of providing the customers with distinguished services in accordance with the best standards, which directly contributes to reaching the highest rates in the field of customer happiness.
The visiting delegation listened to an illustration on the creative ideas Bank, through which ICA enables its employees and customers to present their ideas and suggestions to utilize them in enhancing the approach of excellence and providing leading services.
At the end of the visit, Major Al Hamadi accompanied the visiting delegation in a tour in the Center of Creativity and Innovation, in which the delegation was briefed about its departments, halls, and their high-tech equipment, which aim at providing a proper environment for ICA employees in particular, and government employees in general, in order to think out of the box to provide the ideas that can contribute to improving the performance to the highest levels.
