Brigadier Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Acting Director-General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, stressed the importance of ensuring the customer’s happiness during the holy month of Ramadan by carrying out their transactions easily and smoothly, in accordance with the noble meanings and great indications of this holy month, as the month of goodness, giving, devotion and diligence.
Brigadier Al Khaili invited all employees of the General Directorate of Nationality to take this blessed occasion to renew their determination to achieve excellence, creativity and training self to overcome the obstacles and to get inspired by the lessons and examples from the holy month, that achieving the best results depends on the amount of effort, diligence and dedication to work.
This came during the fifth meeting of the Executive Affairs Board of General Directorate of Nationality for 2019, which was held at the main headquarters of ICA and headed by Brigadier Al Khaili. The Board stressed the importance of developing and continuous updating of the work methodologies and mechanisms followed in providing services to the citizens to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and excellence and keep up with the directives of the wise leadership and the approach of the government of the State to pay the highest attention to the make people happy and serve them to the best possible way.
The Board reviewed the phases that have been achieved in the various projects and initiatives implemented by the General Directorate of Nationality and the expected results achieved after the completion of these projects, stressing the need to apply the best international practices and adopt the latest in all projects to achieve results that contribute to improving performance and enhance ICA’s march towards achieving the sustainable excellence.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed a presentation on the KPIs in the implementation of the strategic plan of the General Directorate and the operational plans of the regional departments and expressed its satisfaction with the results. The Board discussed the other topics on its agenda and took the appropriate decisions regarding them.
