Employees of Al Rashidiya Center celebrates their Colleague’s winning of “Happiness and Positivity Heroes” Medal

The employees of ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Rashidiya celebrated their colleague Ismail Al Bairaq for his winning of the “Happiness and Positivity Heroes” medal, which is one of the initiatives of the Emirates Program for Excellence Government Service.

The employees of the Center presented, during the celebration, bouquets of roses and souvenir gifts to their colleague Al Bairaq, who in turn expressed his thanks for such kind gesture, which expressed the spirit of cooperation and positivity of all employees of the Center. He highlighted that his winning of the “Happiness and Positivity Heroes” medal would have a significant positive impact on motivating him to provide the best efforts to achieve customer happiness.
