Emirates Identity Authority announces end of work in new design project for permanent registration centers

Monday 6 June 2011

The Emirates Identity Authority has announced that work is over in the new design project of the permanent registration centers in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

This project will double the work capacity of these centers and increase the daily registration rates in ID card and population register, not to mention its role in regulating the registration process.

The project, which was completed on time, is aimed at providing open spaces with aesthetic dimensions that will be the distinguishing marks of the Emirates Identity Authority-affiliated service centers. This, in turn, will reflect positively on the convenience of applicants and customers and raise their satisfaction with the general performance inside these centers.

To achieve the expected positive results, the registration lines that were applicable in these centers, have been developed and increased in Al Barsha Center, for instance, from 6 to 26 registration lines.

Now that their interior designs have been changed, the permanent registration centers in Dubai and the Northern Emirates are currently distinguished for spacious areas and smooth movement of employees in convenient spaces that ensure their convenience and encourage their innovation and creativity.

The new specifications of the permanent registration centers will contribute to providing a qualitative and distinguished service to applicants and customers, who top the priorities of the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategic plan.

It is worthwhile that the Emirates Identity Authority started carrying out the interior re-design project in permanent registration centers in line with its main orientations towards applying the highest customer service excellence standards and its keenness on upgrading the standard and quality of the services provided.
