Earlier, the Emirates Identity Authority announced that it achieved an Emiratization rate of 99 per cent in 2011 and that the job rotation rate in it dropped from around 7.7 per cent in 2010 to 3.8 per cent in 2011. This came as part of its efforts to improve the work environment, attract qualified and skillful nationals and create a job stability feeling.
