Emirates ID honors distinguished employees and strategic partners in Western Region

The Emirates Identity Authority has honored its distinguished employees at Madinat Zayed Registration Center in appreciation of their efforts that contributed to increasing customers’ satisfaction with its services provided in the Western Region in general. The employees were honored during a ceremony organized by the Emirates Identity Authority in Tilal Liwa Hotel, Madinat Zayed in the Western Region yesterday.

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, presented the most sincere thanks, appreciation and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region, for his kind sponsorship of the Emirates Identity Authority as well as his ongoing support and prudent directives for its process of development.

Al Khouri thanked the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategic partners in the Western Region in appreciation of their ongoing support of all the projects and initiatives which are being implemented by the Emirates Identity Authority with the aim of enhancing the personal identity in the UAE in such a manner that reflects on the national and individual security.

In a speech delivered on his behalf by H.E. Mohammed Al-Harthy, Acting Executive Director of Registration Centers, Al Khouri said the keenness of the Higher Management on honoring its distinguished employees is a duty that reflects our commitment to appreciate the efforts exerted by this elite group of the Emirates Identity Authority’s employees. He affirmed that honoring distinguished and qualified employees came as part of the Emirates Identity Authority’s efforts to consolidate the excellence concepts, embody the quality principles and upgrade the services provided to customers.

Al Khouri added that the Emirates Identity Authority is keen on achieving the highest degrees of customer satisfaction within the framework of its strategic plan 2010-2013 to ensure that the service provided is of a 7-star category.

Al Harthy presented shields and certificates of appreciation to the distinguished employees at Madinat Zayed Registration Center in the presence of Mohamed Ayed Al Ahbabi, Director of Western Region Centers. The honored employees included Mohamed Al Dhaheri, Acting Supervisor of Madinat Zayed Center, Afra Ahmed Al Mazrouei, Fatima Saeed Al Mazrouei, Nasser Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Dalal Muawad Al Rashidi and Mansour Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, all registration administrators.

The honored employees thanked the Higher Management for its ongoing keenness on appreciating the employees’ efforts and providing them with such an encouraging work environment that helps them have a feeling of job stability and career advancement.

The ceremony also saw the honoring of a number of the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategic partners in the Western Region. Al-Harthy handed shields of appreciation over to H.E. Musbeh Mubarak Al Murar, Director General of the Western Region Municipality, which was received on his behalf by Suhail Bin Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Director of Environmental and Social Services Department at the Western Region Municipality, Khalifa Al Mansouri, Executive Director of Cities and Suburbs Service Directorate at the Western Region Municipality, and Salem Eissa Al Mazrouei, Director of Western Region Medical District.
