The Emirates Identity Authority has underscored its keenness on enhancing its strategic partnership with the Emirates Post Corporation as well as its interest in developing this relationship so as to reflect positively on the results and outputs of their joint projects.
This was announced during the co-ordination meeting held between the two sides in the head office of the Emirates Identity Authority and attended by H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, and H.E. Fahd Al Hosani, Acting President of Emirates Post Holding Group.
The two sides discussed aspects of mutual co-operation, means of developing work and improving the services provided to customers and the role of the Emirates Post in delivering ID cards to customersby virtue of its direct relation with the production line.
The two sides also reviewed the mechanism of implementing suggestions which would upgrade the services provided to the public, particularly under the remarkable increase in the daily registration rates and the rise in number of printed ID cards.
The meeting discussed a number of major solutions aimed at improving the services provided to customers, based on the Emirates Identity Authority’s keenness on providing excellent services to them and ensuring delivery of ID cards to them as soon as possible.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of Population Register, H.E. Mohammed Al Harthy, Acting Executive Director of Registration Centers, and Mr. Saeed Al Junaibi, Quality Manager, in addition to H.E. Abdullah Al Ashram, CEO of Emirates Post, and H.E. Ibrahim Bin Karam, Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Post Holding Group.
