Director of “Nationality Department in Abu Dhabi” checks the Al Dhafra Section and Al Marfaa Center

Murshed Hamad Al Mazroui, Director of Nationality Department in Abu Dhabi, emphasized the keenness of ICA to excel in the services provided to the customers and enhancing them to reach the best international levels and achieve the UAE vision 2021 aiming at making UAE among the best countries in the world by its Golden Jubilee.

This came during the visit of Colonel Al Mazroui to the Nationality Section in Al Dhafra and Customer Happiness Center in Al Marfaa, in which he checked the workflow in both of them, and met the number of employees and customers who were visiting it.

Al Mazroui emphasized the keenness of ICA to provide a motivating work environment to its employees to be able to perform their duties and responsibilities perfectly and motivate them to achieve creativity and excellence in providing the customers with the most prestigious services. He also emphasized the importance of continuity of services improvement, the matter which reflects a bright and real image of ICA.

Colonel Al Mazroui listened, during his visit to the two centers, to the comments of employees and customers towards the services provided by the two centers and their visions toward its development. He also honored a number of mother employees at the section and Center.
