H.E. Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, conducted a field visit on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, to the Al Nahda and Al Rashidiya Customer Happiness Centers in the Emirate of Dubai. The visit aimed to review work progress, follow up on operational developments, and ensure the delivery of proactive services in line with the highest quality standards.
H.E. was accompanied during the visit by H.E. Nasser Ahmed Al Abdouli, Acting Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector, along with a number of Authority officials. The delegation reviewed service delivery mechanisms, approved procedures, and the level of operational readiness at both centers.
During the visit, H.E. held a meeting with the officials and supervisors of the two centers, during which performance indicators and operational statistics were reviewed, in addition to discussing ways to further develop the operating framework and enhance the efficiency of services provided to customers. He also met with a number of employees and listened to their observations and suggestions, praising their efforts, commitment and professionalism in serving customers.
H.E. Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili emphasized the importance of continuously enhancing the customer experience and improving service efficiency and quality, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership. He noted that these efforts contribute to achieving the highest levels of government excellence and further reinforce the Authority’s position as a leading institution in delivering integrated and innovative services.
