H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has affirmed that the Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority is extremely keen on implanting the concepts of excellence in the minds of all its employees and laying plans and programs that would render excellence a tangible reality and a firmly established culture daily exercised by an employee while doing their job and not merely ideas and theories.
During his field tour of Ajman Center, Al Khouri said registration centers reflect the Emirates Identity Authority’s image in the society and that customers’ impression about a registration center is their impression about the Emirates Identity Authority in general. Al Khouri underscored the importance of exerting as much effort as possible to maintain the Emirates Identity Authority’s image in the minds of the public and avoid any practices that might have a negative bearing on the position attained by the Emirates Identity Authority.
Al Khouri praised the efforts and dedication of Ajman Center’s employees as well as their keenness on performing their duties in terms of serving applicants and customers in the best way possible.
During his visit, which comes in continuation of his regular field tours of the Emirates Identity Authority-affiliated registration centers, Al Khouri called on the center’s management and supervisors to enhance communication with their employees, track their performance regularly, listen to them and try to consolidate reciprocal respect among the employees themselves in an attractive work environment, which is conducive to excellence and appreciates creativity and innovation.
It is noteworthy that during its regular meetings, the Higher Management Committee at the Emirates Identity Authority constantly underscores the necessity to streamline field visits to all registration centers to serve its development objectives and its endeavors to explore the needs of employees and listen to their ideas and suggestions aimed at upgrading performance and improving the level and quality of the provided services.
