ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Rashidiya received a delegation of students from Elite Private School in Emirate of Dubai to celebrate Emirati Children’s Day, which falls on March 15 each year.
During the visit, the students presented a simple gift to the Center, which is a painting with drawings that express their happiness to celebrate the Emirati Children’s Day, and distributed sweets to the staff and customers of the Center.
At the end of the visit, the supervisor, Haifa Al Ajami, took the students in a tour in the various sections of the Center, during which, they listened to a simple explanation about the procedures for issuing the Emirates ID card and the nature of work in the sections and services provided by the Center to the customers.
