Al Barsha Center Organizes Evacuation Drill

ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Barsha organized Mock Evacuation Drill in cooperation with the Civil Defence Department in the Emirate of Dubai, to raise the awareness of its employees and their ability to evacuate in emergency incidents.

The drill included providing training for the staff on evacuation plans and types, clarifying the mechanism of access to assembly points in the case of occurring a fire incident before the arrival of the civil defence, and preventive measures to be followed
