A delegation from the Emirates Identity and Citizenship Academy Senior students visited ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Jazira. This visit was one of the students’ field visits and practical training, which aimed at providing them with the skills required in the various aspects of ICA’s competencies and services.
The Academy is seeking, through the practical training program, to introduce the students to the latest scientific practices and practical applications in the areas of customer service, service development, and dealing with the public and various techniques adopted by ICA in its operations.
Amer Al Muhri, the Center Director, gave an explanation on the services provided by the Center including issuing, renewing, and replacing identity cards, capturing fingerprints and photos, carrying out registration procedures, and other processes related to the Population Register system.
Al Muhri, together with Captain Mane’s El Khawar, Manager of the Government Communication Branch, and Ammar Hamada, a lecturer in the Academy, accompanied the delegation in a tour to the various Center departments. During such tour, the delegation listened to an explanation of the registration procedures, issuance of identity cards, and work nature in the various departments.
