A delegation from the FujairahCivil Defence Departmentvisited ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah. The delegation was welcomed by the Director of the Center, Ahmed Al Abdouli, who welcomed the visiting delegation. Al Abdouli took the delegation in a tour to all the Centers sections and explained to them the Global Star Rating System for classifying services “7 Stars” and the mechanism that is provided to the customers according to the standards adopted in such field.
