The innovation team in Umm Al Quwain showcased a number of the Authority’s projects and technical initiatives through the platforms of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, which were held at Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital and Umm Al Quwain Mall “, as part of Emirates Innovate 2022 activities. The purpose is to explore the best practices and innovative projects, and to identify the various achievements that were designed to meet the needs of customers and enhance their level of happiness vis-à-vis the Authority’s services.
This participation took place as part of the keenness of the Authority’s to reflect its vision and strategy aimed at consolidating a culture of innovation and raising the quality of life in society.
